Oberlin College Libraries Recognizes Staff Excellence

ACE Team

The Oberlin College Libraries inaugurated annual Staff Excellence Awards in January to acknowledge the incredible work of our staff. This year, two teams were the winners: the Assessment, Communication, and Engagement (ACE) Team which includes Lindsey Felice, Eboni Johnson, Matt Koperdak, Michael McFarlin, Gena Reynolds, Elizabeth Sullivan and Julie Weir, and the Main Circulation Team, specifically Cameron Chan, Diane Lee, and Michael Palazzolo.

Both teams provide important service and organizational support to the Libraries. The ACE team keeps social media buzzing and helps with events planning. The Main Circulation Team worked onsite during the height of the pandemic, when the majority of staff were working remotely, to keep access to Terrell Library collections available to the campus and town communities.
