Located in the Central building of the Conservatory, the facility familiarly known as the Con Library boasts one of the strongest music research and performance collections in the country.
Four librarians, five administrative assistants, and approximately 10 FTE student assistants deliver circulation and reserve services, participate in reference and instruction, and catalog and process books, scores, and sound recordings.
In addition to thousands of music scores and sound recordings, the collection includes research resources in print and digital formats as well as an impressive range of tangible and digital special collections housed in the Kohl Building.
