Request Materials
- To request materials that are in the Clarence Ward Art Library, please use Search.Libraries. Holds placed on items in the collections of the Art Library will be held for 30 days. Please pick up your requests at the circulation desk.
- For limited access materials, Art Flats, and Special Collections items, please email our Art Library directly at art.library@oberlin.edu. If requesting artists' books or mail art, refer to the relevant artists' book and mail art databases to compile a list of items. The Library staff will reply to you with available times to view the items. Please limit your requests to 20 per session.
- If you would like to suggest a purchase, please email the Art Librarian directly. If possible, include the title of the item and link to the publication (if available). Please note that ebooks are the preferred format due to their accessibility and availability of simultaneous use.
